  • No Full Returns: Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer complete returns.
  • Exchanges are allowed if you contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • For exchange, the customer must provide a valid reason, and the exchange value will be assigned to the buyer’s phone number or email.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order is processed, cancellation will not be possible.
